Careers
We are looking for dependable people who take pride in residential construction, care about details, and enjoy working with a small team serving Polk County homeowners.
What We Look For
- Care about the work. We want people who take pride in doing pool remodeling properly, not just quickly.
- Straight talk with customers. You will be in someone's home or business explaining what you found. Plain language beats jargon.
- Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
- Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
- Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.
Experience in pool remodeling or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.
