• Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.

Experience in pool remodeling or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.

Pool Remodeling Technician

Assist with pool remodeling projects, preparation, surface work, finish installation, cleanup, and related jobsite tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in pool remodeling, construction, concrete, masonry, tile, or a related trade is helpful
• Comfort working outdoors and around residential construction sites
• Reliable attendance and attention to detail

Pool Construction Crew Member

Support new pool construction and related backyard projects through preparation, material handling, installation support, cleanup, and general construction tasks.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience is preferred
• Ability to follow project instructions and work safely
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Project Coordinator

Help organize customer communication, project details, selections, scheduling information, and the flow of work from planning through completion.

Qualifications

• Strong organization and communication skills
• Comfort managing multiple project details
• Construction, remodeling, or customer-service experience is helpful

Outdoor Living Installer

Help build and improve outdoor spaces connected to pool remodeling and backyard projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with outdoor construction, hardscaping, carpentry, or related work is helpful
• Good attention to finish details
• Comfort working in changing outdoor conditions
